These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ExitPage.one and related services (the "Service"), operated by ExitPage ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

ExitPage.one is a platform that allows founders and businesses to create and host status pages — public-facing pages that communicate a product shutdown, temporary pause, scheduled maintenance, or any other service status update. Pages are hosted at subdomains of exitpage.one (e.g., yourproduct.exitpage.one).

2. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: communicating the status of a legitimate product or service — whether that's a shutdown, pause, maintenance window, or transition. You may not use the Service to:

• Create pages for products, brands, or organizations you do not own or have authorization to represent
• Publish false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Impersonate other companies, individuals, or government entities
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe any intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Circumvent any technical measures we use to enforce these Terms

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to terminate accounts of repeat violators without notice.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (product names, descriptions, logos, etc.). By publishing an exit page, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and deliver that content as part of operating the Service.

Our content: The ExitPage platform, templates, design, and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

5. Plans and Payments

ExitPage offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are offered as one-time purchases with no recurring billing.

Refunds: Refund requests are considered individually. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to find a fair solution.

Plan features: Plan features are subject to change with reasonable notice. We will not remove features from a plan you have already purchased without offering a comparable alternative.

6. Free Plan Limitations

Free plan pages display a "Made with ExitPage" attribution badge. This badge may not be removed, hidden, or obscured on free plan pages.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions.

Hosting permanence: We intend to host published exit pages indefinitely. However, we do not guarantee permanent availability. If we decide to discontinue the Service, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and provide tools for you to export your content.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your account and associated exit pages will be removed.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. We will provide notice when reasonably possible, except in cases of serious violations where immediate action is required.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExitPage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ExitPage harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the Service at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
