Refund Policy

ExitPage.one offers one-time purchases — no subscriptions, no recurring charges. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Because access to paid features is granted immediately upon payment, all purchases are generally non-refundable.
Where required by law — for example, under EU consumer protection regulations — statutory rights apply and take precedence over this policy. Paddle handles these cases automatically.
Why we don't do refunds by default
When you purchase a plan, you get immediate access to all paid features — custom styling, no branding, export, and more. The value is delivered the moment payment is confirmed. There's no physical product to return, and reversing digital access isn't practical.
We also offer a free plan with no time limit so you can explore the product before buying. We encourage everyone to use it first.
Exceptions
We're reasonable people. If something clearly went wrong on our end — a duplicate charge, a technical error that prevented you from accessing your purchase, or an obvious billing mistake — reach out and we'll sort it out.
These are handled case by case. There's no guarantee of a refund in any situation, but we'll do our best to be fair.

Please don't initiate a chargeback without contacting us first — we'd much rather resolve it directly.
