Refund Policy
Last updated: June 7, 2026
ExitPage.one sells paid plans as one-time digital purchases. Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. This policy explains how we handle refunds, but it does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
Digital access starts immediately
Paid features are made available immediately after payment confirmation. For EU, EEA, and UK consumers, checkout may request your express consent to immediate access and your acknowledgement that you may lose the statutory withdrawal right once performance begins, as permitted for digital content or digital services under applicable consumer law.
If the required consent or acknowledgement is not obtained where the law requires it, your statutory withdrawal rights continue to apply.
Refunds we usually approve
- Duplicate charges.
- Accidental purchases reported promptly before meaningful use of paid features.
- Technical failure on our side that prevents access to paid features and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
- Incorrect plan activation or billing error.
- Refunds required by applicable consumer, payment, tax, or card network rules.
Refunds we may decline
We may decline refund requests where paid features were delivered and used, the request is outside any statutory withdrawal period, or the request is not required by law. We review edge cases individually and try to be fair.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the email used at checkout, the order or receipt ID if available, and a short explanation. Refunds are handled through support and, when approved, may be processed by Creem as Merchant of Record for payment, tax, invoice, dispute, and statutory refund workflows.
After a refund is processed, paid plan access returns to the free plan unless mandatory law requires a different result.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have a chance to resolve the issue quickly. Nothing in this policy limits your legal chargeback or dispute rights.
Timing
If a refund is approved, processing times depend on Creem, your payment method, card network, and bank. Refunds usually return to the original payment method.
